When you have a long term sub coming in

DO NOT share your password for your computer, email, PowerSchool, or Google

• PowerSchool
  • Do not share your password to PowerSchool
  • The tech department will take over your PowerSchool account and set the sub to take over your PowerSchool account. 
  • The sub will have a password setup by the Tech Department
  • If you need to check up on your grade book you will need to contact the sub via email or phone conversation and share the sub's password

• Email:
  • Do not share your password to your email
  • The Tech Department will create the sub an email.

• Files & Documents:
  • Do not share your password to your Google Account

• Edline:
  • Do not share your password to your Edline Account
  • The Tech Department will reset the password for your sub.

• Odysseyware:
  • The Tech Department is not currently in control of this. You need to get in contact with Misty to handle these issues.
