Here are a few things to check before contacting the Tech department about not receiving emails
- Confirm with the person that is sending you email that they are sending it to the correct username (example: jsmith@rockwoodschools.org)
- We find that most people forget the 's' at the end of rockwoodschools
- Check your spam folder for the email expand the More label to view Spam, Trash, etc.
- Since the move to GMail we no longer use mxguardian.
