Not getting emails

Here are a few things to check before contacting the Tech department about not receiving emails


  1. Confirm with the person that is sending you email that they are sending it to the correct username (example: jsmith@rockwoodschools.org)
    1. We find that most people forget the 's' at the end of rockwoodschools
  2. Check your spam folder for the email expand the More label to view Spam, Trash, etc.
  3. Since the move to GMail we no longer use mxguardian.
