PowerSchool now has a screen that now allows our support staff to assist parents by providing the information need to create their PowerSchool Portal accounts.
Navigate to:
- Start Page
- Student Selection(Select a student)
- Access Accounts
This will now allow support staff to assist Parents by:
- Ability to Enable Parent Access
- Provide Access ID
- Provide Access Password
If they still cannot sign in please have them contact the Technology Department for assistance.
