Add Another Child to My PowerSchool Account

To Add Another Child to My PowerSchool Account you must use a computer, phones and tablets will not allow you to add another student to your account.

  • You will need to know the following information before beginning this step.
    • Student Access Information - Information for a minimum of one student, including the student name, Access ID, Access Password, and your relationship to the student
      • Access ID: Usually the student ID(Lunch Number)
      • Access Password: The student's birthday. (Example: January 1 2001 type in 112001)


  1. Go to https://rockwoodschools.powerschool.com/public/home.html
  2. Find and click "Account Preferences"
  3. Click "Students" tab
  4. Click "Add" button
  5. Fill out your student's information and Click "OK"
  6. If all your information was typed in correctly you should now have a new tab with your student's name on it. 
    1. If not, please contact the School and we would be happy to add your student to your account.
