General Troubleshooting

Please follow these steps to troubleshoot general computer problems:

1.) Check to see if the equipment is operational that you are trying to use. 

2.) See if the equipment you are trying to operate is plugged in.(Power plug=Power outlet, USB Cable=USB port, Ethernet cable=Ethernet port, etc.)

3.) Save all your work and restart the program/application/device and try again.

4.) Restart the computer and try again.

5.) If you have reached this step please submit a request and will respond as quickly as possible.
